Credit (New Accounts)
To establish credit approval, please send 3 references with your order, as well as your bank name and address.
To speed up your order, you may ask for a C.O.D. shipment or send cash in advance, until your credit is established.

Terms:
Are net 30 days from date of Invoice.

Freight:
All freight is F.O.B. from Munster, Indiana, USA.
All freight is delivered by common carrier, or UPS. Our shipping department uses the most economical means of shipping your order, unless a carrier is specified by your company.

Ordering:
Orders can be placed by phone, or fax followed by a written confirmation.
Velko can not guarantee a timely delivery if orders are not confirmed.

Overruns:
Velko reserves the right to ship and invoice over quantities by 5%.
Normally exact orders are sent.

Cancellations:
Cancellations or changes in an order must be in writing, and either faxed or mailed to Velko.
Cancellations are subject to approval by our sales department
