Please include a sketch or drawing for your made to order hinges. Pins for the made-to-order hinges available in steel, stainless steel, aluminum and brass.

All hinges available in steel, stainless steel and aluminum. On stock hinges only: add "A" for aluminum and "SS" for stainless steel in front of catalog number.

Plain End

All continuous hinges are supplied with plain ends unless
otherwise specified.

Spun Ends

When the requirement in the continuous hinge is for both ends of the pin to be peened, the pin will have spun ends as shown

Plain Hinge Neither leaf is swaged, the leaves lie flat in the same plain in the open position
Single Full Swaged Hinge One leaf is fully swaged providing relief for offset mounting.
Single Half Swaged Hinge One leaf is half swaged for certain mounting requirements.
Double Half Swaged Hinge Both leaves half swaged with minimum clearances between the leaves when closed.
Reverse Assembly Hinge Neither hinge is swaged. Hinge is reverse assembled
